Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: E176-MV RFB Reference No.: MV-MOFMRA-531041-GO-RFB The Government of the Republic of Maldives through the Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Ocean Resources (MFOR) is implementing Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives (TransFORM) Project financed by the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Procurement of an Observation-Class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) for Fisheries and Ecosystem Monitoring”. The Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Ocean Resources now re-invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for “Procurement of an Observation-Class Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) for Fisheries and Ecosystem Monitoring”. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing - Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, November 2020 and revised February 2025 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested bidders shall be registered to submit a bid. Registration will be open from the time of the publishing of this invitation until, 30th September 2026 14:00hrs via email to procurement.transform@fishagriocean.gov.mv stating Reference No. of this Invitation, Project Name, Company name, email address and contact number.
