NO.: TZ-MBEF-566604-CS-CQS This request for expression of interests follows the General Procurement Notice for the Tanzania scaling up sustainable marine fisheries and aquaculture management (TASFAM) project which appeared in the UN Development Business Online on 5th June 2025. The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar through the United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Tanzania Scaling up Sustainable Marine Fisheries and Aquaculture Management (TASFAM) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the financing to cover eligible payments under the contract for consultancy services for development of Economic and Financial Feasibility Study for the Construction of a Fish Landing Site and Market Facility at Kizimkazi Mkunguni Unguja and Wete Pemba. The objective of the assignment is to conduct an economic and financial feasibility study and comprehensive 5-year business management plan that evaluates the viability of establishing a fish landing site and market facility at Kizimkazi Mkunguni Unguja and Wete Pemba. The consultant shall be required carry out the following activities: - Baseline Assessment, Institutional and Management Assessment, Economic and Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment Detailed information on the scope can be obtained in the terms of references available to the below website.
