Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque Mondiale pour financer le Projet de productivité et de résilience des moyens de subsistance ruraux (RIZ PLUS ), et à l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ce crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat de consultant individuel objet du présent appel à candidatures. Ce contrat sera financé conjointement par l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD). La passation du Marché sera conforme aux règles de passation des marchés de la Banque mondiale. 2. Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur National du Projet, le/la consultant(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des entités composant le Projet. Sa mission principale consiste à apporter un appui administratif au Coordonnateur National dans la gestion générale du Projet et à contribuer à l’exercice de ses fonctions. À ce titre, il/elle veille à préserver l’image et la crédibilité du Projet auprès de ses collaborateurs, des bénéficiaires et de l’ensemble de ses partenaires. Le lieu d’affectation est à Antananarivo, Madagascar (siège de l'UGP RIZPLUS). La durée du contrat est fixée jusqu’ au 29 décembre 2028, sous réserve d’une évaluation annuelle satisfaisante des performances du consultant. 3.
