The Government of Samoa (GoS) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digitally Connected and Resilient Samoa Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include conducting building condition assessments of existing facilities to determine their suitability for the proposed works. The Individual Consultant will be expected to prepare preliminary engineering designs and complete detailed drawings suitable for the proposed works at each facility. Subsequently, the Consultant will assist the Ministry in preparing bidding documents and provide procurement-related technical assistance, as required. The duration of the assignment will be twelve (12) months. The Consultant is expected to commence the assignment in November 2026.
