The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has applied financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Project (PUMREP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The General Directorate of Construction Affairs (“GDCA”) of the Ministry of Environment Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) serves as the main implementing agency for the Project. A project implementation unit (PIU) has been established under GDCA to manage the activities related to the Project. The overall objective of PUMREP is to increase the use of renewable energy (RE) through self-generation in public facilities. The implementation period for the project is planned as 5 years. Table 1 indicates the tasks to be provided under the scope of the consulting services (“the Services”). Table 1: The Consultant’s Services Task No Services to be provided for the subprojects given in Table 2 as specified in Terms of Reference (ToR) 1 Carry out construction supervision and building commissioning services, ensure adherence to ESMPs, local laws/regulations and building commissioning 2 Supervise any remedial works to rectify defects that arise during the Defects Notification Period (DNP) 3 Conduct Measurement and Verification (M&V) over a period of 12 months, under the Supervision Contract Further details of tasks refer to ToR published in project web page; kamuenerji.csb.gov.tr.
