Project P179867 — Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Project · Method: Least Cost Selection · Consulting services · REPUBLIC OF TÜRKYE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE (MOEUCC) GENERAL DIRECTORATE of CONSTRUCTION AFFAIRS (GDCA) REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION-LCS) PUBLIC AND MUNICIPAL RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENERGY AUDIT, TECHNICAL DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION & SITE SUPERVISION CONSULTANCY SERVICES Reference No: (PUMREP/WB/MOEUCC/LCS-DES&SUP-01) This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in UNDB on July 17, 2023 with reference no WB OP00236889. The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has applied financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public and Municipal Renewable Energy Project (PUMREP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The General Directorate of Construction Affairs (“GDCA”) of the Ministry of Environment Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) serves as the main implementing agency for the Project. A project implementation unit (PIU) has been established under GDCA to manage the activities related to the Project. The overall objective of PUMREP is to increase the use of renewable energy (RE) through self-generation in public facilities. The implementation period for the project is planned as 5 years. Table 1 indicates the tasks to be provided under the scope of the consulting services (“the Services”).
