Project P176303 — Ethiopia Rural Connectivity to Support Food Security Program · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · Invitation for Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Name of Project: Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP) (P176303) Contract Title: Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of ICT Hardware and Smart Display System for the Ethiopia Construction Authority Grant No.: IDA-E308-ET RFB Reference No.: ET-MUI-564015-GO-RFB The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant from the International Development Association toward the cost of Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this gran t to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of ICT Hardware and Smart Display System for the Ethiopia Construction Authority. The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure serves as the implementing agency for the project and now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of ICT Hardware and Smart Display System for the Ethiopia Construction Authority. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program Coordination Office and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. local time from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m
