Le Gouvernement du Burkina Faso a reçu un crédit de l'Association internationale de développement (IDA), et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant de ce crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat suivant : Sélection d’un consultant (firme) pour l’audit de probité au profit du Projet de Sécurité de l’Eau au Burkina Faso. L'objectif du recrutement de l’Auditeur de Probité est de s'assurer que les procédures et l’examen appropriés sont mis en place pour maintenir l'intégrité du processus de passation et d'exécution des marchés (composantes 1 et 2). La mission s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des activités des composantes 1 « Sécurité et résilience climatique des infrastructures de stockage d’eau », 2 « Développement d’infrastructures hydro-agricoles intelligentes face au climat » et 5 « Gestion du projet » du PSE-BF, et couvre la période 2026-2030.
