It intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contracts for the acquisition of Agro-Processing Production/Value-Addition Equipment. The Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development (MGLSD) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply and Installation of Agro Processing Production/Value Addition Equipment for Procurement of Supply and Installation of Agro Processing Production/Value Addition Equipment for Makerere University Food Technology Business Incubation Centre (MAK-FTBIC). Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using the Request for Bids (RFB) procurement method as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers September, 2025, (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible bidders.
