Reference No : SL-MWRS-558196-CS-CQS The Government of Sierra Leone, through the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sierra Leone Water Security and WASH Access Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Service”) is to design, develop , deploy, and support the information and use of a secured, scalable, and user-friendly web-based WASH Information Management Platform (WaSHIMaP) that will be hosted, managed and coordinated by the MWRS.The platform shall facilitate WASH sector data collection, storage, processing, analysis, visualization, and dissemination, while supporting effective governance, knowledge management, operational efficiency, data quality, interoperability, cybersecurity, and long-term sustainability The assignment is expected to commence in or around December 2026. The core design, development, testing, deployment and handover assignment shall be completed within twelve (12) weeks from the contract commencement date.
