Except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Governemnt of Somaliland now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Standard Student Desks and Chairs for Ten Primary Schools in Oodweyne and Hudun Districts.
