For these contracts, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. Sociedade Nacional de Transporte de Energia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the execution of the works listed below: RFB No DESCRIPTION DATE AND LOCATION OF SITE VISIT 144/TREP/2025 Lot 1 – Electric fence and CCTV 17 August 2026, 10:00 AM Matalane Substation Lot 2 – Shaded areas (Porch) 17 August 2026, 10:00 AM Matalane Substation 145/TREP/2025 Demarcation of Right-of-Way 17 August 2026, 2:00 PM Matalane Substation 148/TREP/2025 Tower bases protection 17 August 2026, 2:00 PM Matalane Substation Bidding will be conducted through local competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” 7th edition September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Sociedade Nacional de Transporte de Energia and inspect the Bidding document during office hours at the address given below.
