Project P175629 — Georgia Resilient Agriculture, Irrigation, and Land Project · Method: Request for Bids · Goods · Country: Georgia Name of Project: Georgia Resilient Agriculture, Irrigation and Land Project (GRAIL) Contract Title: Supply and Installation of Routers and Switches (2 lots) The Government of Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Georgia Resilient Agriculture, Irrigation and Land Project (GRAIL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Routers and Switches (2 lots). The National agency of Public Registry of Georgia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of Routers and Switches (2 lots). Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers, July 2016, Revised November 2017, revised August 2018, revised November 2020, revised September 2023, revised February 2025, revised September 2025 and is open to bidders from all countries as defined in the guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 and 3.15 of the Procurement Regulations setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Bidders shall submit their bids ONLY electronically through Georgian E-Government Procurement System: https://tenders.procurement.gov.ge/login.php?lang=en. Deadline for electronic bids submission is: as stated in the state E-procurement system. The Purchaser is not responsible for incomplete downloading by the bidder of BDs and any amendment to these. Late Bids will be rejected by the system. Requests for clarification should be submitted through the Georgian E-Government Procurement System. The Bids shall be accompanied by Bid-Securing Declaration valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid (i.e.30 days+28 days = 58 days). For bids submitted by a JV bidder shall carefully read ITB 19.8 as failure to comply with this ITB may be grounds for bid rejection.
