The Government Technology Agency (GovTech Agency), an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under the contract for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment – Government Networks Core and Middle-Mile Infrastructure Enhancement. 2. The GovTech Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment – Government Networks Core and Middle-Mile Infrastructure Enhancement: a. Lot-1: Supply Installation, and Commissioning of Core/Aggregation Routers, Repeater Switches, Agency Routers, Aggregation Switches and CPE b. Lot-2: Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of DWDM System, Optical Modules, and Accessories c. Lot-3: Supply, installation, and commissioning of GovNet server rooms at 21 sites 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, September 2023” (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as
