Scope of works
Johnson Controls is the manufacturer and developer of the proprietary Metasys Building Automation System currently installed at Frederick County Facilities. According to the attached manufacturer letter, Johnson Controls and its authorized representatives are the sole sources capable of providing genuine Metasys software licenses and upgrades, factory authorized hardware, system programming, database modifications, software integrations, factory supported maintenance and technical support, warrant supported replacement parts, system expansions, and installation and commissioning services in accordance with Johnson Controls standards.
