Finnish Defence Forces asks company to answer questions related to production and delivery capabilities of High-Explosive Fragmentation mines, if they supply HE-Frag mines. HE-Frag mines do not include any intelligence features. Possible procurement of the HE-Frag mines is estimated to be 50.000.000,00 EUR.
