The construction of a new two storey extension to Block A, with links back to the existing building. Upgrade of the existing Plastering Workshop to facilitate new Pipefitting Workshop, phased delivery required to maintain curriculum, Upgrade Works to internal Shared specialistspace Associated M and E Works.
