Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w łącznej wysokości 7 000 000,00 zł (słownie siedem milionów złotych) z terminem spłaty od 30 czerwca 2031 r. do 30 listopada 2038 r. na finansowanie planowanego deficytu w kwocie 4 300 000 zł i spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań w 2026 roku w kwocie 2 700 000 zł.
