Scope of works

Inhoud van de Tender De Opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van Accountantsdiensten ten behoeve van de Universiteit Maastricht. Tot de scope van deze opdracht voor accountantsdiensten aan de UM behoren de volgende onderdelen: A: Jaarlijkse controle en certificering van de jaarrekening UM; B: Jaarlijkse controle en certificering van de jaarrekening van de te consolideren verbonden partij UM Holding BV; C: Jaarlijkse controle en certificering van de opgave bekostigingsgegevens D: Jaarlijkse uitvoering van overeengekomen specifieke werkzaamheden resulterend in een rapport van feitelijke bevindingen inzake het integrale kostprijssyteem (IKS) E: Jaarlijkse uitvoering van de compliance engagement inzake Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). Doel en beoogd resultaat van de Tender Het doel van deze offerteaanvraag is het aangaan van een overeenkomst voor accountantsdiensten met één partij voor de periode van 4 jaren met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van 3 maal 1 jaar. De maximale contractduur bedraagt derhalve 7 jaren. De overeenkomst zal ingaan op 1 juli 2027 en eindigt, behoudens verlenging, van rechtswege op 30 juni 2031.
