Scope of works

This requirement consolidates all works, supplies, and logistics needed for an administrative relocation and its associated project areas into a single, operationally interdependent package. To meet the critical deadline, a single delivery programme must coordinate everything from site preparation, structural modifications, and civil works to interior fitouts, furniture installation, and mechanical services. Splitting these components into separate procurements poses severe risks, including project delays, interface failures, duplicated mobilisation costs, and fragmented responsibility.
