Scope of works

Telge-bolagen har ett behov av att regelbundet och oregelbundet distribuera fakturor, brev och information till stora mängder av mottagare, oftast kunder och medborgare i kommunen. Ett exempel är månatliga fakturor. Behovet är att från affärssystem kunna skicka iväg strukturerad data som kombineras med fördefinierade mallar och därefter distribueras genom olika kanaler, så som pappersbrev, epost eller Kivra.
