Scope of works
Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of parallel framework agreements for electrical services. Oslobygg KF is a municipal company owned by Oslo kommune, which shall develop, build, operate and maintain purpose-built buildings. We are one of norway's largest property managers with more than 2.7 million square metres. in the portfolio. The portfolio consists of nurseries, nursing homes, fire stations, sheltered accommodation flats, school buildings, arts buildings and sports centres etc. Oslobygg shall promote a sustainable, inclusive and serious industry. Environment and energy, innovation, inclusion and serious working life are central focus areas. The framework agreement shall cover the company ́s ongoing need for electrician services for the operation and maintenance of the company ́s properties.
