Pagal Gynybos įstatymą. Mažos vertės pirkimas atliekamas pagal Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimų, atliekamų gynybos ir saugumo srityje, įstatymą. kokiai įrangai bus perkamos remonto paslaugos bei remontinės ir ekspluotacinėe medžiagos, bus nurodyta Pirkimo dokumentų 1 priede pateiktoje techninėje specifikacijoje, kurioje esanti įslaptinta informacija žymima slaptumo žyma „Riboto naudojimo“.
