Upphandlingens syfte är att tillgodose Partillebos löpande behov av tjänster gällande byggnadsarbeten och därtill vidrörande tjänster i dennes fastighets- och lokalbestånd. Entreprenörerna ska kunna utföra arbeten för service, reparationer, underhåll och mindre om- och nybyggnationer.
