Scope of works
The Business Services IT team is seeking an independent Test Partner to provide end-to-end testing, quality assurance, RPA, and test environment management services across all change projects. The new arrangement will replace the current testing procurement model and deliver: • Independent testing assurance and governance. • Improved quality oversight, SLA management, audit compliance, and regulatory alignment. • A broader range of testing and QA capabilities to support current and future business needs. Key services include: •Core testing: Functional, regression, automation, API, and integration testing. •Non-functional testing: Automation, Performance, accessibility, and compatibility testing. •Strategic QA services: Test strategy, planning, audits, managed testing, and CI/CD integration. •RPA services: Automation strategy, governance, and delivery support. •Environment & data management: Coordination of test environments, test data, access, configuration, scheduling, and support.
