Scope of works

Η σύμβαση αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών για τη μοντελοποίηση και προτυποποίηση διοικητικών διαδικασιών αρμοδιότητας του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών, και ειδικότερα διαδικασιών διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού, ενημέρωσης των στοιχείων υπηρεσιακής κατάστασης των Δημοσίων Υπαλλήλων και μεταβολής αυτών, εφαρμογής του πειθαρχικού δικαίου και του Κοινού Πλαισίου Αξιολόγησης. Για το σκοπό αυτό, ο ανάδοχος θα απαιτηθεί να προβεί, κατά περίπτωση, σε καταγραφή και ανάλυση του ισχύοντος θεσμικού πλαισίου, αποτύπωση και μοντελοποίηση των διοικητικών διαδικασιών με τα κατάλληλα ψηφιακά εργαλεία, σύνταξη σχετικών εγχειριδίων και πρόταση νέου θεσμικού πλαισίου.
