Scope of works

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na kompleksowej organizacji i obsłudze trzech wizyt studyjnych w regionach posiadających udokumentowane doświadczenia w zakresie odchodzenia od węgla oraz wdrażania polityk niskoemisyjnych. Zamówienie obejmuje wizyty studyjne w Belgii, Niderlandach oraz Kanadzie. 2. Wykonawca odpowiada za pełne przygotowanie merytoryczne i logistyczne wyjazdów. Wszelkie koszty związane z przygotowaniem programu wizyt, organizacją spotkań, warsztatów, sesji networkingowych, transportem, zakwaterowaniem, tłumaczeniem oraz dokumentacją leżą po stronie Wykonawcy. Wizyty muszą odbywać się wyłącznie w formule wyjazdowej, a udział w formie online nie jest dopuszczony. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Szczegółowym Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (zwanym dalej „SOPZ”), stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1A do SWZ oraz projekcie umowy, tj. w Załączniku nr 4A do SWZ.
