Scope of works
The City of Reykjavik’s Financial Services and Advisory Office, on behalf of Public Transport Services for the Capital Area Ltd. , invites applications from interested parties to participate in a competitive tender procedure for the operation of public bus services in the Capital Area during the period 2028–2036, pursuant to Regulation No. 340/2017 on procurement by entities operating in the water, transport, energy and postal services sectors, under which any economic operator may request participation. The purpose of this pre-qualification document is to present the project, its scope and content, and to specify the information that applicants are required to submit with their application for participation. Applicants who wish to participate and who satisfy the qualification requirements set out in the pre-qualification documents will be provided with the tender documents
