Scope of works
The contracting authority shall procure a modern digital IT system that efficiently manages the water meters, septic and sanitation services (option sweeping), ensures the correct fee/invoice basis and provides a better and more comprehensive experience for residents, business customers and employees. Digital inhabitant surfaces shall be seamlessly integrated with the central user surfaces that the municipality would like to make available, so that inhabitants experience a uniform and connected service across the disciplines.
