Scope of works
Custom Group, LLC, Program Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), will receive Sealed Bids from interested Bidders to complete the activities of Roof improvements, Exterior Painting of Building, and possible Environmental Mitigation of Lead-based Paint, among others, for one (1) eighteen (18) stories residential building, one (1) Administrative Building, and one (1) Playground, as described below in accordance with the Bid Package instructions and requirements. Approximate areas: Waterproofing – 48,604 sq. ft.; Exterior paint – 152,817 sq. ft. The instructions and requirements (Bid Package) governing this procurement process, and other pertinent documents, will be available during the dates and business hours indicated above. Documents shall be requested by email at femabids@customgrouppr.com and, in response, the interested Bidder will receive an email with the instructions to download the documents. All interested Bidders are hereby invited to a Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held on the day and the format described above. A Site Visit will be held on September 9th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at Villas del Mabó Housing Development, Administration Office. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Bids will be received at Custom Group, LLC, office located at 3 Ríos Bldg., Gonzalez Giusti Ave #27, Suite 202, Guaynabo, P.R., until the date and time indicated above. Bid offers will be opened and read out loud on this same date at 4:30 p.m., or date indicated in Addendum for this bid.
