Scope of works
Custom Group, LLC, Program Manager for the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA), will receive Sealed Bids from interested Bidders to complete the activities of Roof improvements, Exterior Painting of Building, and possible Environmental Mitigation of Lead-based Paint, among others, for one (1) fourteen (14) stories residential building, as described below in accordance with the Bid Package instructions and requirements. Approximate areas: Waterproofing – 8,209 sq.ft.; Exterior paint – 56,759 sq.ft. The instructions and requirements (Bid Package) governing this procurement process, and other pertinent documents, will be available during the dates and business hours indicated above. Documents shall be requested by email at femabids@customgrouppr.com and, in response, the interested Bidder will receive an email with the instructions to download the documents. All interested Bidders are hereby invited to a Pre-Bid Meeting which will be held on the day and the format described above. A Site Visit will be held on August 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at Emiliano Pol Housing Development, Administration Office. Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Bids will be received at Custom Group, LLC, office located at 3 Rios Bldg., Gonzalez Giusti Ave #27, Suite 202, Guaynabo, P.R., until the date and time indicated above. Bid offers will be opened and read out loud on this same date at 4:30 p.m., or date indicated in Addendum for this bid. The meeting is open to the public; all parties interested in participating in the meeting shall attend. All Bidders shall be qualified to obtain and submit a Bid Guarantee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid, required to be valid for ninety (90) days, in the form of a certified check, a bank draft, or a US Government Bond at par value, or bond from an approved insurance company that must be listed
