Scope of works
In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, New York City Department of Parks and Recreation ( Parks ) is issuing a non-significant Request for Proposals ( RFP ) for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of a Snack Bar at the John Street Service Building at the East River Waterfront Esplanade, Manhattan. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on September 29,2026, at 11:00am EST. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.
