Scope of works

Supply and delivery of 200 bags of High-Performance Cold Patch Asphalt in 22.7Kg bags, workable at -20c. Material to have excellent adherence in both wet and dry conditions, be of the highest quality permanent patch with resistance to stripping, bleeding and hardening to the City of Cornwall’s Department of Infrastructure & Municipal Works located at 1225 Ontario Street, Cornwall, Ontario as per the specifications herein.
