Scope of works
This Request for Proposals (“ RFP ”) is an invitation by The City of Saint John (the “ City ”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Employee and Family Assistance (EFAP) Service Provider as further described in Appendix A – RFP Particulars – Section A - The Deliverables (the “ Deliverables ”).
