The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Prequalification. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : The Region is seeking to Prequalify General Contractors to undertake the Recommissioning of the Woodbine Avenue Twin Forcemains to accommodate forecasted wastewater flow increases associated with growth and development within the Joe Dales Sewage Pumping Station (JDSPS) service area. The Selected Contractor will be expected to furnish all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the Proposed Work For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT : OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM : Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
