It is the intention of the Region of Peel (otherwise referred to as the Agency) to prequalify through this document (the “Prequalification Document”) a list of Contractors who will be eligible to bid on the intended Projects outlined below: Jane Place Chamney Court McHardy Court The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
