Scope of works
The Corporation of the City of Guelph (the “City”) is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers for the provision of general construction contracting services for projects managed by the Facilities and Energy Management Department. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Applicants that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought. The Facilities and Energy Management Department anticipate inviting pre-qualified suppliers to bid on approximately twenty-five (25) or more projects during the term of the pre-qualification. Project values and complexity will vary. Subsequent procurement opportunities will generally be categorized as follows: Category A - Projects with an estimated construction value of up to $500,000. Category B - Projects with an estimated construction value from $500,000.00 up to $2,000,000. Applicants may apply and be pre-qualified for one or both categories.
