Scope of works
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2026-089-OQ Winter Maintenance of Municipal Parking Lots and Driveways, as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting quotations from qualified Contractors for the provision of winter maintenance services including all labour, material, vehicles, fuel and equipment to perform the work. The work shall include snow clearing, sanding and salting/ice melting product from various identified parking lots, driveways and walkways throughout the City.
