Scope of works
The City of Stratford, through this Request for Proposal (RFP), is seeking proposals from qualified businesses to provide curbside collection of single stream blue box material from approximately 420 stops, comprised of institutional, commercial and industrial (ICI) entities. This will be a three (3) year contract beginning January 4 th , 2027, with an option at the City’s sole discretion to renew for two (2) additional twelve (12) month terms.
