Scope of works
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to secure Proposals from qualified printing companies to print the Nanaimo Parks, Recreation & Culture Activity Guides as generally described in Section 5.0 Specifications. The Activity Guide is a free bi-annual publication for the Nanaimo Parks, Recreation & Culture Department highlighting recreation and leisure activities. The term of this Agreement is for one (1) year and is anticipated to start January 3, 2027. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
