Scope of works
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ( “Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-RFP-116 Pest Control Services , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Regional Municipality of Niagara on behalf of the listed Participating NPPC Agencies, is inviting detailed proposals from qualified and experienced service providers with proven expertise in Pest Control Services. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivering (i.e. Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Demand Maintenance (DM), and for furnishing all required materials, labour, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, insurance, equipment, and any ancillary devices necessary to carry out the Services.)
