Scope of works
The Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Program Management Services in support of its Disaster Recovery Program, capital improvement, modernization, extraordinary maintenance, and other construction-related programs. in Puerto Rico. The selected Program Management Firm (PMF) shall provide professional and technical services to assist PRPHA in the planning, coordination, procurement support, project controls, compliance monitoring, and overall administration of projects funded through FEMA Recovery, federal, state, or local sources. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, project coordination, validation of scopes of work and quantities, preparation and review of Bid Packages, procurement support, cost estimating, scheduling, budget and schedule monitoring, document management, compliance monitoring, reporting, environmental coordination, and other related services necessary to support the successful implementation of PRPHA's capital improvement program. The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a qualified Program Management Firm capable of providing experienced personnel, technical expertise, and management resources to support PRPHA in the efficient, timely, and compliant administration of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with applicable contractual requirements and federal, state, and PRPHA regulations.
