"This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to provide detailed proposals to complete the Portable Carts scope for the new Calgary Event Centre in Calgary, Alberta. The scope of work associated with the Portable Carts RFP includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Condiment Carts - Suite Dessert Carts - Suite Beverage Carts - Portable Concession Carts Further details of the mentioned carts are available within the RFP under Exhibit A - Scope of Services Jeff Robbins (jeff.robbins@caaicon.com) Kevin Robbins (kevin.robbins@caaicon.com)" This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
