Scope of works

Distribution Services (DS) within the department of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at the University of Calgary is inviting Proponents that have the resources, qualifications, experience, and ability to submit their detailed proposals. The University currently utilizes a warehouse to manage surplus and disposal items generated through University operations, with surplus furniture being the immediate priority focus of this engagement. The warehouse provides temporary space for items, including furniture, equipment, materials, and other surplus assets, that may be redistributed and repurposed within the University, sent to Government Surplus Auction, recycled, or otherwise appropriately disposed of.
