Scope of works
The primary goal of this NRFP is to establish an enterprise-grade SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management capability that supports the Province’s distributed, hybrid, and rapidly scaling certificate environment. The intended outcomes must focus on enabling centralized governance, end-to-end automation, system interoperability, and operational resilience across all certificate-dependent services and platforms. This includes addressing challenges such as fragmented certificate visibility, manual renewal processes, limited integration with enterprise systems, and increasing operational risk due to shortened certificate lifespans.
