Scope of works
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Abatement of materials coated in lead containing paints and removal of asbestos containing sealants. .2 Demolition and disposal of the existing exterior wall cladding, trims, and building paper. .3 Localized repairs to rotten wall sheathing and framing components. .4 Replacement of metal fascia, eavestrough, and downspout. .5 Installation of new fiber cement wall cladding, weather resistive barriers, joint tapes, self-adhered membranes, wood strapping, trims, and metal flashings. .6 Replacement of sealants around the outer perimeter of windows, and at exterior penetrations. .7 Installation of new powered garage door openers at each house and accessories; including necessary electrical, springs, cable drums, tubes, safety sensors, belts and other materials required.
