Scope of works
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective respondents to submit a non-binding Quotation (“Quotation”) for Cummins Transit Engine Installation and Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
