Scope of works
a) Project 1: Calgary - Modernization and Addition of 10 to 12 School in Vista Heights: Modernization and addition to the existing two-story office building located at 2882 11 Street NE, Calgary to accommodate a grade 10 to 12 school facility with a planned net capacity of 500 students. The existing building has a gross floor area of 3,173 m2, to be increased to 3,933 m2 upon completion of the project. b) Project 2: Calgary - Modernization and Addition of Ecole De La Rose Sauvage: Modernization and addition of Ecole De La Rose Sauvage with existing grade structure of 7-12, gross floor area 4,221 m2 and 486 student capacity in Calgary is proposed. The future school will accommodate grades 7-9 with an opening capacity of 605 students and have a gross floor area of 5,426 m2.
