Scope of works
Kneehill County is seeking to replace and standardize the bulk water management and payment systems at all six County bulk water fill stations. The project will implement a modern, secure, and supportable solution that provides a consistent customer experience across all locations while improving administrative efficiency, payment processing, transaction monitoring, reporting, and financial accountability. The work will include the supply, configuration, installation, testing, training, and commissioning of all required hardware, software, communications equipment, and related system components. Proponents must demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in bulk water management and payment systems and have the personnel, equipment, and operational capacity necessary to deliver the required services and equipment. Proposals must be received by 11:59:59 AM local time on October 26th, 2026.
