Scope of works
Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) invites quotations from qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of HPE server infrastructure, Nutanix software licensing, Cisco networking products, and related manufacturer support and documentation. This RFQ does not constitute an offer or commitment by APS. Proponents may quote one or more of the HPE, Nutanix, and Cisco categories. A Proponent will not be disqualified solely for quoting fewer than all categories. Within each quoted category, all required line items must be priced. APS may award categories separately. Additional Equipment: Additional equipment that is not required for delivery by December 15, 2026, is identified separately in Appendix D. Proponents are requested to provide separate pricing for those items. The Appendix D pricing will not be included in the evaluated price for the Goods required for delivery in 2026 and does not constitute a commitment by APS to purchase any or all of those items. Any future purchase will be subject to APS's written authorization and a separate Purchase Order or other written agreement.
